Monday 7/29 Pre-Surgery Nutrition Class

Getting ready for bariatric surgery?

If you have been instructed to complete a pre surgery nutrition visit, this is the correct class for you!

If you are required to do additional visits (3, 6, 12), you will be sent instructions later on how to schedule those visits.  Repeating this class will not count towards your additional visits. 

Things you need to know:

• A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your space.
• You are not charged until AFTER you complete the class. 
• The cash price is $75 plus a $3.50 processing fee
• No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged $23.50, no exceptions.
• If your card is not valid, your paperwork will not be released until payment is received by you or the insurance company.
