This class will satisfy your insurance or physician requirement for a single pre-surgery nutrition visit. 

Cost: 

Self Pay: $100 AFTER $25 non-refundable registration fee. 

Insurance: $25 non-refundable registration fee and we will file with insurance. Registration fee will be used to collect any co-insurance or deductibles due. 

SUGGESTION: There is a video available for purchase if you can't find a time that works for you. It is the SAME material. We encourage participation in the live class because it's more fun and much more visual, but this is a great alternative for busy people. Click here for video purchase.

We've got you covered! If you are unable to attend the class you registered for, you can simply choose another day. There is no time limit or additional fee.

If you are required to do more than one visit, you will be sent instructions on how to schedule those visits.  Repeating this class will not count towards your additional visits. 

We are in network with BCBS, Cigna, UHC, and some Aetna plans.  We do not take Medicare, but will be in network with Tricare West in 2025.
